This is gonna be a long ole post..

We had our first competition of the season!
The first competition always involves a
dress rehearsal at the gym,
making sure everyone's uniform fits,
hair is done right,
and stupid, dumb, ridiculous beautiful makeup is done perfectly!

These two were so excited to do cheer together,
after doing team gymnastics together for so long.
And then it was competition day!!!
And let me tell you how it was such a pain in the neck so much fun to get TWO girls ready on competition day!!!!
The cousins even came to watch!

It's not over because it was
ORPHAN SUNDAY TOO!!!
Derek and I sported our 147 million orphans shirts for the day!

Oh the memories!! I loved competing in high school, those are some of my best memories growing up. Hours at the gym, trying out new stunts, dance routines, hair styles. Love it! so fun, thanks for sharing :)
Love the cheer pics! CG is wanting to start doing the All Star Squad at her gym! Looks like fun!
