The Summit

This year my girls were so fortunate to get to be together on the same Junior 3 team.

but then in October, Ellison was asked to fly on a senior 3 team.

This was in addition to the team she was already on.

We knew this was an honor to get to do this...

but we had no idea what was in store for us! 

After her team, Xcellence won NCA,

they received a bid to the Summit.

The Summit is an all levels world championship

(my description, not theirs!)

And this is the first year for them to hold this competition.

It falls the weekend after "worlds",

which is the championship for level 5 and 6 teams.

So basically this is "worlds" for level 1-4 teams.

Our gym received 2 bids for 2 of our teams.

It was such an honor to receive a bid...

so off to Disney World we went!

Halle Caroline got to tag along...

because seriously...

she would kill us if we left her home! :)

It was such an incredible honor to receive a bid to the Summit...

And we were so xtremely proud of them to get to the finals on day 2...

And we were crazy proud that both teams got 3rd in the whole wide world!!!!

It was an amazing experience!

We are so thankful!
