Well the kids have been asking and asking when the Christmas lights will be put up outside. Finally they got Dad to agree to get the job done. They even went out and helped and did an excellent job.
And guess who showed up at our house for the 2nd year! I guess we didn't run him off last year after all! Meet "Junior". He's our "Elf on the Shelf" that watches the kids and each night he reports back to Santa on their behavior. If anyone touches him, he loses his magic and cannot report to Santa. He comes complete with a cute little book for the kids. He arrived right there next to the Holy Bible. If Junior and the good ole Holy Bible don't whip my kids into shape - then I don't know what will!

too cute...great idea..I'llhave to stick Meston, our elf, next to the Bible :) I told Emily when she was here that we were chatting..too funny. Hope the Christmas lights look great, kj
I know..he's sitting beside me and I just told him that people are starting to take up a collection for my oven if he doesn't get it fixed...maybe this will put some pressure on him ;) too funny, kristi
