Homestudy, check! and Brooks turns 13!

Okay... well first off..... thank you so much for your prayers - we definitely felt them today.... our homestudy went wonderful (I think)!  Our caseworker was very friendly and easy to talk to.  We are so absolutely thankful that the homestudy is behind us.  It really was no big deal, just like everyone said.  But that's how Heather rolls.... I make a big huge deal out of nothing.  ha! That was a big hurdle, we felt like, and it's done!!!! yay!  That was just the one thing that I was dreading since the day we decided to adopt.   And now we are one step closer to our little boy! I had so many people call, text, and email.  I even had friends that brought over flowers and serving dishes and people that offered to make soup.  We have such sweet friends and feel so loved.  We are so thankful for you!

So on Sunday Brooks turned 13!  We took him out for a little family celebration.  He picked Brio and Yogurtland.
